What SOGEZA drivers do

Approved drivers receive eligible booking requests, confirm the trip or delivery details, collect passengers or accepted goods, complete the service safely and follow the applicable booking, payment and support procedures.

Depending on local activation, vehicle suitability and separate service approval, opportunities may include passenger mobility, airport and scheduled transfers, intercity transport, SHILU Courier & Parcels, HOVALA Removals & Freight, or approved chauffeur work associated with REKHEV rentals. Approval for one category does not authorise every category.

Who may apply

Drivers who meet the applicable age, driving-licence, right-to-work or business-operation requirements and SOGEZA verification standards may apply. You must have lawful access to an eligible vehicle or an approved vehicle arrangement. Registration alone does not authorise operation.

Prepare your documents

• Valid identity documentation and the appropriate valid driving licence.
• Driver contact details and other verification documents requested during onboarding.
• A professional driving permit (PrDP) where legally required for the service and jurisdiction.
• Vehicle registration, owner authorisation where applicable, roadworthiness documentation and insurance appropriate to the intended commercial use.
• Operating licences, permits and other service-specific authorisations where legally required.

Requirements vary by location, vehicle and service category. Confirm the current checklist with onboarding before committing to a vehicle or beginning work. SOGEZA reviews driver and vehicle documentation and may require additional checks. Keep approved documents valid and current.

Wallet and platform structure

Review the applicable platform charges, wallet requirements, payment methods and settlement arrangements during onboarding and in the Driver App. Use only the payment channels confirmed by SOGEZA. Maintain any required wallet balance under the terms applicable to your account. This page does not change existing commissions, wallet rules or payout terms.

How bookings are received

1. Download the SOGEZA Driver App and complete the registration process.
2. Submit the required documentation and wait for driver, vehicle and category approval.
3. Once activated, use the app's availability controls in your approved service area.
4. Review booking requests shown in the app and follow the applicable acceptance and service procedures.
5. Use the app to update trip or delivery progress and contact support when help is needed.

Where applicable, join through an accredited SOGEZA Enterprise Partner who supports onboarding and local driver development. Confirm the partner's accreditation and your approved operating arrangement with SOGEZA.
